Full staging of a standard 5 bedroom home with one living area 1,800

As a general rule any extra rooms, i.e. second living area or study add $200 to the above chosen code.
Situations that can also affect the price are stairs and access to properties so if there is anything you feel is not standard it is advisable I view the property and supply you with a quote. Staging fee includes delivery and pickup of furniture, furniture, artwork, rugs, floor Lamps, bedside tables, bedside lamps and accessories, table setting where applicable, kitchen accessories, coffee table and accessories and other accessories that may be required to add visual value to your home.
*Prices are total / Hire period is for up to 4 weeks and $200 per week there after.
